We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items once delivered outside the United States.
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
Repair or replace the item when possible, OR
Provide a refund if a replacement is not available.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We share progress updates to ensure satisfaction before shipping.
If a piece is damaged after delivery, contact us.
In many cases we can repair for a reasonable fee.
Shipping costs for repairs are the customer’s responsibility.
