Due to the nature of our product and the many unknowns in shipping / receiving - we offer returns and/or exchanges on most items. If product is damaged during shipping - then a full refund/exchange will be granted by us electronically through our e-commerce within 4 days after item is returned from the buyer. (We will recycle the item) ** Please contact us directly to discuss any requests for exchanges and/or returns.  - within 4 hours of delivery that we may verify damage for an informed decision.
